Insurance

In-network with the following insurance companies:

United Healthcare

If your insurance is not listed, you can request a receipt of services and submit that to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. It is always recommended that you contact your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid the no-show or late cancellation fee of $125, you need to call by 1:00 p.m. the day before your appointment to cancel or reschedule your session.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, as of January 1, 2022, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including mental health care.

If you are paying out of pocket (i.e., not using insurance), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that explains how much your mental health care will cost.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate in writing at any time. You will also receive one before your first scheduled session.

What You Should Know:

This estimate will include the total expected cost of services (e.g., therapy sessions, assessments).
The estimate is based on the information known at the time and may be updated as treatment progresses.
You are not required to commit to a specific number of sessions.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
