Disconnecting from a relationship, whether from legal divorce or life circumstances, is an experience that pulls at our heart strings; impacting trust, relationships with friends and family, challenging boundaries, and tossing in waves of grief. Join Guadalupe "Lupe" Garcia, LPC, DeAnna Keller, LPC- Associate, Equine Professional and the herd of equines at Brookside Ranch for a heart felt journey of healing; exploring trust in self, connection with others, riding the waves of grief, and managing things that are bigger than you (literally). Classes rotate from exploring themes of Boundaries, Detachment, Grief, and Trust.

Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable closed-toe shoes to explore the pastures alongside the Brookside Ranch herd. Limited to 6 participants. Investment of $108 per class. Participants are invited to attend as many times as they feel called to join the herd.
