Insurance

Currently in-network with the following insurance companies:

Aetna
Cigna
United Healthcare

If your insurance is not listed, you can request a receipt of services and submit that to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. It is always recommended that you contact your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid the no-show or late cancellation fee of $125, you need to call by 1pm the day before your appointment to cancel or reschedule your session.
